Package: lft
Version: 2.2-1.1
Severity: serious
Justification: FHS 4.6; Policy 9.1.1

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

The FHS, incorporated by Policy 9.1.1 says that programs in /usr/bin are
supposed to be of interest to non sysadmins:

        [EMAIL PROTECTED]:anthony$ lft 66.170.96.4
        no suitable device found
        [EMAIL PROTECTED]:anthony$ lft 66.170.96.4 -D eth0
        socket: Operation not permitted

lft can only be run as root, because only root can use raw sockets.
Clearly a program that can only be used by root is only of interest to
the system administrator, and this belongs in /usr/sbin OR must be
installed suid root.
