/etc/cron.weekly/dhelp fails to rebuild /var/lib/dhelp/documents.index,
after deleting it. Running it manually produces no error message.
Severity serious since this a significant regression from 0.6.12.
Downgrading to 0.6.12 fixes the problem. (As an aside 0.6.12
/etc/cron.weekly/dhelp now takes 8m 44sec to rebuild the index. This is
the same machine where 0.6.12 was taking 150 mins a month ago. This may
render the changes that 0.6.13 introduced unnecessary).
