Hi,
pcsc-lite has insuffienct build-depends, libusb-dev is pulled in by
recommends of other build-depends, but there is no direct
build-dependency against it, and therefore the package doesn't build
inside a chroot with automatical installation of recommends disabled.

pcsc-lite does not use libusb on Linux since version 1.4.100 but use
libhal instead.
pcsc-lite has a Build-Depends: on libhal-dev and that should work.
Thanks Xavier to confirm the package builds correctly. I also checked
the package build using sid in pbuilder. I now close this bug.
Daniel, if you still think the package has a build problem then please
reopen the bug and most importantly provide a build log.
