That's because I've built the pyscrabble-server package so that 
pyscrabble-server can be started automatically from /etc/init.d/pyscrabble, 
running under a dedicated account "pyscrabble". I did not mean for it to be 
run manually. There should be more information 
in /usr/share/doc/pyscrabble-server/README.Debian.

That's because /usr/games is not normally in root's $PATH. It might have been 
a mistake to install pyscrabble-server in /usr/games. It's possible that it 
should have been installed in /usr/sbin even though it's a game server. It 
might have reduced confusion.
