I have asked <http://packages.debian.org/search?searchon=contents&keywords=libswt-mozilla-gtk-3236.so&mode=path&suite=testing&arch=any> and the only package shipping a file libswt-mozilla-gtk-3236.so is libswt3.2-gtk-jni but it ships it in /usr/lib/jni/ - something is strange on your system.
