I chose cfs because cfs is broken now. But indeed, I've no idea whether cfs or 
nfs is the reason.
Shall I submit a new bug report to nfs-{common,kernel-server}?

Hmm, the cfs package didn't change, and when upgrading
nfs-kernel-server it breaks cfs.  What's the reason you file the bug
against cfs, and not nfs-kernel-server?
