Jaroslav,

I am bringing to your attention a bug report filed against the qrupdate
package in Debian [1].  The package is failing to build from source on
several architectures [2] with the following error:

gfortran -fimplicit-none -O3 -march=native -funroll-loops  -fPIC -c caxcpy.f
f951: error: unrecognized command line option "-march=native"

It seems [3] that "-march=native" only works on i386 and amd64.  Do you
think that we can drop this option from FFLAGS?
