It's a single-user machine, so I suppose the answer is yes, I can reproduce it.
I mean, is the bug dependant on your frozen-bubble configuration? One way to test this would be to create a new user and trying to launch frozen-bubble with it. Another way would be to try launching with your current configuration disabled.
