Hi,

openc++ fails to install in current sid:

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
openc++: Depends: libocc0c2a but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libocc0-dev but it is not going to be installed

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libocc0c2a: Depends: libltdl3 (>= 1.5.2-2) but it is not installable
E: Broken packages

libltdl3 has been removed due to libtool transition, replaced by libltdl7.
If this dependency is pulled in through shlibdeps only due to build-dep
on libltdl3-dev, you can fix it by simply rebuilding in a clean sid chroot,
as libltdl-dev currently provides libltd3-dev.

Best regards,
