Package: sitecopy
Version: 0.16.6-2-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

I use sitecopy to maintain a web site thru FTP. This has worked reasonably well
until the last "safe-upgrade".
Sitecopy then consistently failed to establish connection with this server,
while the ftp utility had no
problems at the same time.

I could returm sitecopy to a functional state by doing the following :

$ apt-get source sitecopy
$ cd sitecopy-0.16.6/
$ ./configure --prefix=/usr --datadir=/usr/share --sysconfdir=/etc
--with-included-neon
$ make
$ checkinstall make install

The neon software on my system is at version 0.28.4-1.

this version was *never* uploaded! Last version in unstable/testing is
1:0.16.6-2 . Are you forging this field or have a personal package
installed?

Update to the latest version in unstable of 'libneon27-gnutls', after
that it should work.

since sitecopy already landed in testing, we can't do anything but
wait for libneon to transit to testing; hence closing this report.

Where are the dependencies information? are you using reportbug to
report this? (if not, please do it next time) are you removing
information from the report for some raeson? If you do so, you only
slow down bug resolution.
