I confirm that upon installation, I get : # ls -ld /etc/mantis/ drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 jun 27 14:27 /etc/mantis and # ls -l /etc/mantis/config_db.php -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 532 jun 27 14:27 /etc/mantis/config_db.php Even without upgrading, on a fresh install.
