Lacy has removed the GPLv3 license (Copying.txt) from the source of XSPF JukeBox, and is now releasing XSPF JukeBox under a BSD type license. So now XSPF Media Player and XSPF JukeBox are now both released under a BSD style license.
I believe this bug to be fixed, in summary: 1. XSPF JukeBoxs source code has been added to the .orig.tar.gz. 2. XSPF JukeBoxs copyright information has been added to debian/copyright. 3. Lacy has clarified the license that he is now using. The updated package can be found on m.d.n, sponsoring of this package would be greatly appreciated. http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/a/ampache/ampache_3.5.1-1.dsc
