Version: 2.15-1

With the help of valgrind, I found and fixed an uninitialized memory read
in the ACL configuration parser that I suspect somehow caused this problem
(although I'm still unclear on the connection). 2.15-1 built fine on s390
and passed its tests, so I think this is resolved. I'll keep an eye on
the build logs for future releases to see if the problem recurs.

Thank you for the report!
