Package: apt-listbugs
Severity: normal

However, it doesn't appear that apt-listbugs requires dpkg-ruby. I didn't
have it installed and apt-listbugs blew up when I did a dist-upgrade. I
had to install dpkg-ruby and then do the dist-upgrade.
