Package: lcov Version: 1.7-1 Severity: serious Hello,
in a project with directory structure the run of LCOV doesn't produce the desired *.info file any more. It states for instance: Processing ./lib/stage2/i3.gcda geninfo: WARNING: gcov did not create any files for LcovTst/lib/stage2/i3.gcda! The source i3.c is located in LcovTst/lib/ and the LCOV run produces a file LcovTst/lib/stage2/..#i3.c.gcov In the *.info file there are just TN: lines. I will send a very simple test project to check this effect. As there were no LCOV updates recently I suspect the real reason is the GCC an GCOV update some days ago. I checked with older GCC and GCOV than the current ones in testing (gcc-4.3 and gcov-4.3 vs. gcc-4.4 and gcov-4.4) and it worked as expected.
