select FOP/PDF output

A message window should pop up with:

Internal error: Caught unhandled exception: St12length_error

Next window should say:

   Serna: Critical Error
String operation resulted in out of range

Critical error has occured. Please try to re-open the document.Document will be 
closed now: No changes were made since last save.
