I patched munin-graph with the patch from Robert Loomans (bug 324605 : http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=324605) and now munin works fine. I'm no longer flooded by cron in my mails. You can probably merge this bug with the other, as it appears that the same patch fixes both behaviors.
