Coin,The configuration file '/usr/share/dicoweb/settings.py' is not in /etc and not a conffile (in the dpkg meaning), so, besides being in a weird location and bothering users, it will be overwritten each time this package is upgraded ; this is a violation of the Debian Policy.
Please fix this as soon as possible, to ensure this package is not removed in Squeeze.
