These messages are caused by two separate issues, but I don't know
whether they're the cause of your hang, which I can't reproduce. I've
fixed the two issues I could identify and checked the fixes into svn.
Please could you test ASAP because the rtdbus_ok messages were
indicative of a bug which would have prevented terminals from responding
to config changes so I want to release a new package in good time for
squeeze's release. The manual includes instructions on how to check out
from svn and there are instructions for building a .deb from it in the
INSTALL.Debian file.
