Package: gdm3 Version: 2.20.7-4lenny1 Severity: grave 1. I instal Debian base system without desktop. 2. Install GDM3 through aptitude. 3. Reboot. After boot GDM3 doesn't start. Appears xserver error: xserver not found. Installing xserver-xorg and xfonts-base packages solve problem. GDM3 just works.
