Some tests:
The results are the same for 1.10.5-1 and 1.12.1-1

- If I'm connected to a remote db and then stop postgresql there
  pgadmin3 show error messages
- If I'm connected and then run "ifdown eth0" on my desktop machine
  pgadmin3 becomes unresponsive/"white". After "ifup eth0" it
  recovers.
