mozart fails to build from source in a clean sid i386 chroot. Tail of
the build log:

| install: omitting directory `doc/changes'
| dh_installchangelogs: install -o 0 -g 0 -p -m644 doc/changes
debian/mozart/usr/share/doc/mozart/changelog returned exit code 1
This is caused by a bug/misfeature in dh_installchangelogs, which
doesn't check if files it's trying to install are regular files.
Changing "dh_installchangelogs" to "dh_installchangelogs -Xdoc/changes"
should do the trick.
