now rtpg-www asks user to change these files, see 

/var/lib/dpkg/info/rtpg-www.templates
/var/lib/dpkg/info/rtpg-www.config

If user agrees it will change this file, if user doesn't it wont
change this file.

see /var/lib/dpkg/info/rtpg-www.postinst (it contained a bug which was
fixed in 0.2.11-1).

PS: use the command:

dpkg-reconfigure rtpg-www to change Your choice.
