This doesn't look good. GetMagickFileList is called in a loop and InitializeMagick is supposed to be run only once.That sounds like broken API for a library. How is a library using graphicsmagick to know whether it needs to call InitializeMagick or it's already been done?
The library itself (libpsiconv6) is not supposed to be linked to GraphicsMagick. Only the command line tool (binary package psiconv) is.
So yet another possible way to fix this bug is to drop this binary package.
