Based on the test results, I would suspect that Debian's libtiff has a
problem with its GROUP4 FAX compression, and perhaps introduced by a
Debian security fix. The tests which failed uses
WriteGROUP4RAWImage() in coders/tiff.c and ImageToHuffman2DBlob() in
magick/compress.c. A TIFF temporary file is created and the
compressed strip is extracted from it.
