Hi,
running apt-get update today led to no upgradable packages on this sid
amd64 box, which is a bit surprising. Switching sources.list from
localhost:9999 to the mirror pointed to in the approx configuration
showed 34 upgradable packages. Switching back to localhost:9999 make
those disappear.
Please let me know what you need to debug this.

Thanks, I just used wget/dpkg -i and it seems to be working fine
now. Closing for now, will let you know if more troubles happen.
I think I also have issues within stable, I'll try and check that when
I find some time. Might be worth fixing there too if that's the same
kind of bugs (usecase: unstable chroots pointing to a stable approx).
