When resizing a konsole window it shortly shows strange content, then the whole screens gets redrawn and the kernel logs May 4 01:09:26 ei kernel: [61049.249134] NVRM: Xid (0000:01:00): 13, 0001 00000000 00005097 000015e0 00000000 00000100 You may resize 2 or 3 times and then the xserver freezes and I can't switch to a VT. But the xserver does not crash. If one moves the mouse it will react after several seconds and then starts moving very slowly in the direction the mouse was moved. Disabling composite probably helps because as a side effect one disables any opengl effects of kwin. I can't say if it is a problem of the nvidia driver or of the xserver.
