Refer to bug #106026 for the original discussion about whether to put
wine in mailcap, and for the mime-support maintainer's argument that
there's nothing wrong with having wine in mailcap (as long as it prompts
the user). (Interesting part: he agrees that it would be good if we
could be consistent and allow linux binaries to be run, but says the
problem is that linux binaries don't have extensions, which makes it
hard to detect their mime type properly).
