thanks for the report. It seems that haskell-hxt-relaxng is another
instance of a package that just cannot be built any more on weak
architectures with less than 4GB of virtual memory. As can be seen on
https://buildd.debian.org/status/logs.php?pkg=haskell-hxt-relaxng
the package has not been built on mips and s390 since over a year. The
old packages ought to be removed from unstable.

The build failure on armhf and on mipsel might just be a too strict
timeout, given that the build succeeds on armel.
