just to make sure.
After upgrading to sbcl Version: 1:1.0.47.0-2, got following in

Same error in bare sbcl, and must manually load asdf.
The file /usr/lib/common-lisp/bin/sbcl.sh is not there.
I then downgraded sbcl (and cl-asdf, because both were upgraded at same
time), and all works fine as before. I then re-
upgraded both, and got the same error again.

I'm closing this bug, since it's not valid and getting in the way of
sbcl's migration to Testing.
sbcl does not automatically require asdf now. User should either add
(require 'asdf) to configuration files or require it manually.
