Severity: serious

Version 2.0.1 of the Armadillo C++ library contains bugs in functions
cov(), cor() and as_scalar() when dealing with complex numbers.

I strongly recommend updating the package to the official stable
upstream version, which is 2.2.3.
All earlier versions are unsupported (eg. all 2.0.x versions are unsupported).
