Still too severe regressions:

>mv: memory exhausted

These are still there, and it gets worse: the system boots
and misbehaves.

Now I can ssh onto the system, but things are totally weird:

tg@blau:~ $ date -u; ssh ara5 'date -u; rdate -nvp herc.mirbsd.org'
Sat Apr 14 20:39:37 GMT 2012
Sat Apr 14 20:39:37 UTC 2012
Mon Mar 27 17:25:29 UTC 1944
rdate: adjust local clock by -2147481500.516353 seconds

So, the time is the same between local and ARAnyM system, but
rdate (the very tool I use to (initially) sync them) shows a
totally bogus time. (It does use floating point ops.)

I also still worry about these lines:
|readlink: memory exhausted
|Cannot initialize /proc/mounts. ... failed!
|Cleaning up temporary files...find: cannot search `.': Invalid argument
|find: cannot search `/var/run/screen': Invalid argument

And the best:

root@ara5:~ # uptime
 20:41:54 up -24855 days, -3:-14, 0 users, load average: 0.03, 0.07, 0.05

So, sorry for this, but someone needs to work on it again
before it gets usable. Although, with this, it probably
becomes an upstream problem. Still RC severity to prevent
the faulty package from migrating to wheezy.

bye,
//mirabilos

FWIW, I'm quite impressed with mksh interactively. I thought it was much
*much* more bare bones. But it turns out it beats the living hell out of
ksh93 in that respect. I'd even consider it for my daily use if I hadn't
wasted half my life on my zsh setup. :-) -- Frank Terbeck in #!/bin/mksh
