Policy says in §3.3: "The email address given in the Maintainer control field must accept [..] non-spam mail from the bug-tracking system". However, you don't as you are dropping mail from people who contact you through the BTS (i.e. not over explicit carbon copies). This makes it impossible to contact you over the BTS.
