Are you referring to the Debian package from experimental that you are upgrading from, or to the Debian package that the condor group is providing? If the former is the case, I have no clue how this can happen. If the latter is the case, we have a problem. Could you, in this case provide some details on your existing condor user, e.g. the /etc/passwd line (actual passwd strippef, if present). Michael
