Hi,

I noticed this during a RFS review of this package.

src/test/resources/htmltests/yahoo-article-1.html:

"""
Copyright © 2010 Reuters Limited. All rights reserved.
Republication or redistribution of Reuters content is expressly
prohibited without the prior written consent of Reuters. Reuters shall
not be liable for any errors or delays in the content, or for any
actions taken in reliance thereon.
"""

This appears to be the full "license" and even if it is distributable
it does not seem to be DFSG free (§1, §3 and §7 comes to mind).

In fact, the test suite's README seems to be doing a "It is easier to
ask forgiveness than for permission"-approach[1], which is probably
not "safe for main".

~Niels
