Hi,

actionaz FTBFS with latest opencv package.
Because pkg-config file of opencv move from libopencv-core-dev to
libopencv-dev.
We need to change Build-depends. Because actionaz depends on
pkg-config file and cv.h.
>From opencv version 2.3.1-10, libopencv-dev came to depend on libcv-dev.
Therefore, you need to set libopencv-dev only.

Would update it?

Best regards,
 Nobuhiro
