Well we don't really know *what* it's about at all, since the reporter didn't give us enough information to know and nobody from ubuntu followed up to ask him. We don't even know where he got "/usr/lib32" from, and from the way it reads that may well have simply been just a guess as to what he thought the right path should be. The only things we know for sure is it was filed a few weeks after the m-a upload to ubuntu - and nobody from ubuntu has been paying any attention to the bugs reported against this lib there.
