A syntax error like this one means you don't even bother to install
it...
probably you shouldn't use unstable where errors happen from time to
time, regardless of how easy they could have been spotted.
yeah right... because uploading lots of untested crap in unstable the
day of the freeze is perfecly acceptable...
and please note that this bug isn't fixed !
the upgrade still fail for users relying on inetd to start vsftpd
