Technical issues aside, I'd like to ask everybody not to make any calims like this one. The fonts are absolutely legal in their current form. I mean both copyright and trademark. With respect to the copyright the situation is clear because the original fonts were GPL-licensed. With respect to the trademarks years ago I was given legal advise.
