Hello Lucas, I saw that this bug report, (and other bugreports too) have
been reassigned to pyqt4-dev-tools.

The key of the problem, as long as I could test it in a "pbuilder login"
chroot with a fresh Sid environment, is that pyuic4 has been ported to
python3 (and is meant to work only with python3).

So there must be a new dependency for the package pyqt4-dev-tools (at
least) : python3, python3-pyqt4

I append a patch to fix this bug.
