This is because wine-bin is now only available on 32 bit platforms and is to be installed via multiarch elsewhere. The package wine solves this by Depends: wine-bin | wine64-bin, where /usr/bin/wine in wine64-bin just shows instructions how to install wine-bin:i386. wine-unstable depends on wine-bin-unstable | wine64-bin.
So this bug can be fixed by Depends: wine-bin | wine-bin-unstable | wine64-bin Do you want me to push this fix to the git repo Jari?
