Yes, and php is case insensitive (for this part), so it's still functional.

I'm using it right now after manually installing it from sources 
and linking [1] to [2]. 
[1] /usr/lib/php5/20100525+lfs/IcePHP.so
[2] /usr/lib/php5/20090626+lfs/IcePHP.so

And it is not useless, by far. This way I can check Online Users without
running mumble locally (i.e. using my smartphones web browser). 

For me it seems the whole Mumble/Ice/slice-PHP thing has problems with 
Debian atm. In the past I switched to wheezy because mumble was 
not usable in squeeze and now I have to install mumble packages 
from sid because murmurd from wheezy crashes with some missing symbol 
error (from libice AFAIR). But Mumble Admin Plugin now is broken, 
because wheezys php-zeroc-ice is for php-20090626+lfs while the included
php is php5/20100525+lfs. All in all I think I have to revert to some 
older backup to have everything working.
