Justification: YouTube video player application no longer plays YouTube

As confirmed on the Minitube website:
http://flavio.tordini.org/minitube-1-9
there have been some changes at YouTube in the last few days which stop
Minitube from being able to download or play videos. In particular, the
URLs that Minitube generates for its requests return HTTP 403 codes.
Fortunately the new version 1.9 of Minitube solves this problem.
