Package: javamorph Version: 0.0.20100201-1.1 Severity: grave After installation on the amd64 arch (i am not sure about others), the program doesn't run with error:
ERROR: No Java VM found for JavaMorph! But the OpenJDK-6 is installed (see below). After look into script o found, that the Java is defined as "/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk/jre/bin/java", but really it is installed int the "/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk" dir. I solved this by creating the symlink: ln -s java-6-openjdk-amd64 java-6-openjdk in the "/usr/lib/jvm/" directory. My suggestion is to use some architecture identification magic to find proper location. --- System information. --- Architecture: amd64 Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-3-amd64 --- Package information. --- Depends (Version) | Installed ============================-+-=========== gcj | OR openjdk-6-jre | 6b24-1.11.4-3 OR sun-java6-jre | doc-base | 0.10.4 Recommends (Version) | Installed =========================-+-=========== evince | OR okular | 4:4.8.4-2 regards -- Slavko http://slavino.sk
