I have completely fixed #690204 with a patch that I'm going to NMU
shortly. However, fixing #537051 completely is going to require a
trigger in addition to a breaks. [The breaks is necessary, the trigger
will help make sure that update-certificates is run after the
jks-keystore hook has been replaced.]
I will supply a patch that implements the trigger shortly, and at
least get the NMU for the ca-certificates-java package uploaded.
