Ah, I misinterpreted your question: I thought you meant writing to
oce-dev in order to persuade them to re-license. You instead meant
writing to oce-dev in order to find other people willing to help to
persuade Open CASCADE S.A.S. to re-license.

You seem to have a better personal connection with OCE developers than
me (I didn't even know the address of their mailing list...).
And you showed a good summarizing skill in

On the other hand, I am going through really difficult days (actually
months...) and I am afraid I won't be able to follow up quickly to any
response (as this very late reply shows!).

Could you please get in touch with oce-dev participants and search for
help?
