Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)

Dear Maintainer,

$ ./debian/rules build
[snip]
checking --enable-pythoninterp argument... yes
checking for python2... /usr/bin/python2
checking Python version... 2.7
checking Python is 1.4 or better... yep
checking Python's install prefix... /usr
checking Python's execution prefix... /usr
checking Python's configuration directory...
can't find it!
configure: error: could not configure python
make: *** [configure-stamp-vim-gtk] Error 1
rm configure-stamp-vim-tiny

Fixed with attached patch.

Thanks,
    Gerardo
