There is no way to fix the problem in testing than without waiting for the migration of r-bioc-limma from unstable to testing. You can read about the reasons why this did not yet happened here: http://release.debian.org/migration/testing.pl?package=r-bioc-limma For your personal use I'd recommend using the package from unstable but if you file a RC bug against the package you make effectively sure that it will not migrate to testing at all - which is probably not in your interest and thus I'm closing the bug hereby.
