What version of Debian are you trying to upgrade from? The only libmimelib1 I can find at http://packages.debian.org/ is in oldstable. Stable has libmimelib1a, which libmimelib1c2 properly Replaces and Conflicts with, so it can overwrite that file in the corresponding package. You could try removing libmimelib1 first (dpkg --remove libmimelib1), and then libmimelib1c2 should be able to install.
