Hi,

I believe this happened because install-info[1] in the chroot during the
build.  At this point, gzip/armel has been rebuilt without install-info
in the chroot.
  I suppose you could Build-Conflict on install-info to avoid this issue
in the future.

[1] Might have been another info-related package, but I am pretty sure
it was install-info.  That also matches with Lintian's warning for this
kind of thing (package-contains-info-dir-file).
